Started in 1998, as a joint venture with Interdrill (based in Townsville, Australia), the company has grown from one RD1000 rig, to now having 4 rigs, the most recent being a UDR1200 which was added to the fleet in 2008.  The company employs over 100 PNG nationals and 9 expatriates.  Although based on Lihir Island, the company also has experience in operating drilling operations at other sites throughout PNG.
